How to Register / Renew Membership

You can either register in person or on-line.

 

Registering in person  (This can be done any time or refer sign-on dates below)

 

complete Registration Form (separate forms required for each swimmer and their parent/guardian)

Payment options:  cash, cheque or direct debit (BSB: 638-070  Account Number: 8040060  Account Name: Waterworx ASC   Reference: ‘Surname’)

place completed form & payment in the ‘locked fees’ box located at the Club Noticeboard.   

 

Registering on-line    

 

Log onto www.qld.swimming.org.au, click on the Members Portal and follow the prompts; 

Payment options: on-line via credit card (which incurs an additional 6% administration fee) OR opt to pay direct to the Club by cash, cheque or direct debit (no additional charges)  (BSB: 638-070  Account Number: 8040060  Account Name: Waterworx ASC   Reference: ‘Surname’)

If paying the Club by cash or cheque, place payment in the ‘locked fees’ box located at the Club Noticeboard. The Club Registrar will automatically receive email confirmation of your renewal when done on-line.

 

All Memberships are subject to approval by the Management Committee.  The Club Management Committee’s decisions on eligibility for Membership and other administrative matters affecting the Club and its operations, including fees, points and eligibility for competitions shall be final and binding in all respects.

 

Where membership, registration, insurance, or any other fee or charge remains unpaid from a previous season, membership applications are to be referred to the Club Management Committee for consideration.  In the main, any unpaid amounts may lead to a rejection of membership applications until such time as the outstanding amounts are paid.

Transferring Members must arrange for their release if they are already registered with another SQ affiliated club and the transfer occurs during the current swim season.
