The Club Noticeboard is located in the foyer of the Waterworx Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre. Important notices and information for Swim Meets being attended as a team, will be pinned to the Noticeboard. DO NOT remove these notices – should you require a copy either download it from the website or pay for a copy at the swimming pool.
The following forms are available at the noticeboard:
· Membership Registration Forms (for manual entries – alternatively, register on-line www.qld.swimming.org.au)
· Club Night Nomination Form
· Swim Meet Nomination Form
· Uniform Order Form
· Sponsorship Form
· Photography Prevention Form (only required to be completed if you do not wish your child to be photographed)
· Medical Consent Form (only required to be completed for swimmers 13 & over travelling to a swim meet without a parent)
